Brand Champion of the Day- Josef Katz, Vice President of Marketing, Trump University

Brandchampionlogo_3_2 The Brand Champion of the Day is Josef Katz. Josef is the Vice President for Marketing at Trump University, and author of the Marketing Maestro blog (the link to his blog is listed under Weblogs to your right). I met Josef after making a post on this blog about The Celebrity Apprentice and commenting on his blog.

Here is what Josef says about being a brand champion for the Trump brand. "As a Trump Brand Champion I have to live up to a very big charge. Everything that carries the Trump name or image must stand for and be of the highest quality. We need to be very aware of and live up to Mr. Trump's standards. Mr. Trump built the brand and we are carrying on his work. The brand is more than just his name and image. When people hear Trump, they know they are going to have a great experience and it will be of the highest quality. My team and I need to make sure everything we do at Trump University meets the Trump brand quality standards and promise."

Thank you Josef for sharing your thoughts. Mr. Trump understands branding as much as anyone, and we are fortunate to have made a connection with one of his stellar brand champions, Josef Katz.

Please send me an email with your recommendation of who should be the next Brand Champion of the Day?

Thanks for the recognition. Much appreciated.

Josef,

You are most deserving. Your work at Trump University and your presence all over the blogosphere and the web are evidence that you understand what it means to be a brand champion!
